We really loved the hostel, it was one of the best we've ever been too. The staff was very nice, the rooms very clean and big. And the public area with couches and tables is really great. Everything was wonderful!

We were able to leave our bags here after checkout and explore the city before our next trip. It seems the hotel is not from a chain, and therefore there is a more "homey" vibe. Spacious rooms with nice bathrooms/showers. Amazing staff that go out of their way to help you with just about anything. Good breakfast available all morning. It's a short walk from the main plaza and many restaurants and amenities. I would stay here again if I return to Cusco. Our room had a smart TV too which ended up being great to watch Netflix on a day where the protests/strike prevented us from continuing our travels. The perfect stay. We'd like to personally thank all of the front desks staff and especially Luis for his assistance with our changing itinerary and recommendations.

Kahvaltı biraz zayıf ama fiyat dengesine bakınca çok beklentiye girmemek lazım. Salkantay turuna katıldığımız da bagajlarımızı muhafaza ettiler ücretsiz şekilde bunun için de teşekkür ediyoruz. Cusco bölgesinde sadece konum sıkıntısı olan çok güzel bir otel. 700 metre meydana yürüyüş çok yorucu değil.

The hotel is soooo cute, an old beautiful building with a character. I loved the location, which is in the center of Cusco. We loved the restaurant and we didn’t want to eat anywhere else. The staff was amazing, they help you with everything. The only little thing was a bed which was not so comfortable. But overall it is a beautiful hotel and I highly reccommend it!

This was a luxury boutique hotel - our bit of proper luxury (two nights) out of a three week family holiday. Such a beautiful, comfortable place, the heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful!! We were so grateful when the staff made a great effort to allow us to check in early when we arrived in the morning, exhausted. This made a massive difference to us, and helped us enjoy our stay. The rooms were so beautiful, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience was very relaxing. We stayed for one night, then went to Machu Picchu for two nights and back again to Aranwa. There was no problem with leaving our luggage for two nights. On the final day, when we were due to check out, my son had contracted severe gastroenteritis, from Machu Picchu, just as we were about to travel again. Again, the staff were very kind and helpful, arranging for a doctor to attend, who was there within half an hour. They also allowed us to check out late, held rooms for us just in case, and really couldn't have done more. We were very grateful indeed!

The location is exceptional, it’s in the rainforest and yet within walking distance to the town and the property has its own natural hot pools so no need to use the ones in the town which don’t look as nice.

The hotel is beautiful. The charm of the old, with the comfort of the modern rooms. The concierge service was great for the tours and restaurants. Our driver during the transfers was great, as was our guide Hugo! We had an amazing time. The restaurant inside the hotel is great, as well as the one at Monastério (which is also a Belmond across the street). The complimentary mini bar is a great addition and we loved the small surprises/ beauty products in our room. You will see a lot of small details like covers on the water balls or small attentions during the turndown service.
