L'établissement Maitai Rangiroa est situé entre les villages d'Avatoru et de Tiputa, sur l'un des plus grands lagons de l'hémisphère sud. Excellent hotel with an equally excellent restaurant on-site. I also spent a lot of times at my friends hotel, the Kia Ora, and we both agreed that the Maitai was nicer at half the price.

Situé à Avatoru, le Te Mao dispose d'un jardin, d'une terrasse, d'installations de sports nautiques et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Chaque chambre est dotée d'un balcon. L'emplacement du lodge est particulièrement stratégique ce qui vous permet de vous déplacer rapidement dans toute l'île à pied où en vélo. De plus la proximité des nombreux restaurants sont un avantage certain. Il sied de préciser que l'hôte est à l'écoute de tous vos besoins et sera au petit soin pour vous. Nous avons également pu nous rendre à la pêche avec notre hôte ce qui etait une expérience particulière. De qui plus est, la symbiose entre la faune, la flore et l'établissement sont sans précédent.

La chambre d'hôtes Chez Taia et Véro offre une vue sur son jardin et possède un barbecue, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite ainsi qu'un service de prêt de vélos et de kayaks. Logement correspondant a l'annonce. Velos a dispo, pain confiture et beurre le matin, café. De quoi cuisiner. Taia a été arrangeant en nous ramenant du snack le soir. On nous a aidé a organiser notre sortie a la cave le premier jour, et Taia nous a aidé à gerer les sorties suivantes.

Situé à Avatoru, dans la région de Rangiroa, le Poe Guesthouse dispose d'une terrasse et offre une vue sur la cour intérieure. We loved the location, the privacy of the bungalow, the outdoor patio, there was an option to cook and the shared spaces were also nice. Plus we loved our host Hinano, she picked us up at the airport, showed us around town, she made us breakfast every morning with care, she attended to our every need, really went out of her way to help us on occasions! We are very grateful for having the opportunity to stay here.

Situé à Tiputa, l'établissement Chez Guy, vue sur l'océan propose un service de prêt de vélos et un jardin. Il offre une vue sur la cour intérieure. We expected our stay in Tiputa to be slightly off the beaten path - and it was, for the best of it! The property is at the "remote" end of the village, on the ocean shore - enjoy the noise of breakers during the night! First floor, nice view. No light pollution - enjoy the view of the Milky Way at night. Beyond the beauty of Rangiroa (expected), we were warmly welcome by the owner's family, who did everything to make us feel at home. Bread, butter, jam were offered for breakfast, and the "restaurant" they recommended was... the neighbor's yard, with 4 tables and a "beware of the dog" sign on the porch. The dog is nice and well-behaved, the cook very friendly and focused on healthy local dishes with fresh (garden-plucked) ingredients, which were outstanding (and more than decently priced)! Thank you for everything, this was a highlight of our vacation in Tahiti.

Great location. The host and their family were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful people. We would definitely recommend staying there. They also offer excursions. This place is beautiful, very comfortable and extremely well located. I was in both of the high-end hotels on Rangiroa during my stay, and I felt that Rangiroa Cottage was just as nice. If you prefer the independence of staying in a home, then this is a far superior option. On top of that, it is much cheaper.

It’s such a small island so everything is close. I highly recommended the pizza just down the road or fish and chips and chez rua! Airport pickup is an absolute dream.

We loved our stay at Moana Eco Breeze. The apartment in a typical Polynesian style house was nicely decorated, had a good fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice terrace overlooking the garden to relax on. The excellent internet in such a remote location was a nice surprise and we enjoyed going around the small island on the free bicycles. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We had dinner at the property one night and the food was excellent. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this place!
