Convenient restaurant at first floor for traditional breakfast (if you prefer pastry products, there are 3 or 4 shops just within 10-20m distance). Usually we choose Select Hotel when we are in Slobozia, but Central was a good choice, too.

I had taken one night and was really extremely surprised to see that they took care to start heating in the common kitchen area, enough time before to find the space warm when I went for breakfast. I was their only guest and this was done from distance! And there is more than one option to order food and I recommend the one from Hotel Central Slobozia.
