Cogimos una habitación de regalo de cumpleaños desde España para una amiga que acababa de mudarse a Bucarest. Le comentamos esta circunstancia al staff del hotel y no pudieron ser más detallistas y amables: decoraron la habitación y tuvieron varios detalles de cumpleaños. A mi amiga le encantó la experiencia y pasó un cumpleaños verdaderamente especial. El resto de amigas quedamos muy satisfechas con el maravilloso trato que el hotel nos dio y no dudaremos en venir aquí cuando visitemos Bucarest. Hemos quedado ciertamente fidelizadas.

Truly a Grand Hotel! Everything was perfect. Location close to main sights but quiet at the same time. Staff is exceptionally kind, they went above and beyond to make my family feel at home. My little nephew needed medication and the reception staff went to the pharmacy to pick it up then brought it to the room, simply amazing! I could easily communicate with the hotel weeks in advance, to arrange for my stay, and I wish I would have stayed longer. Room was impeccable and breakfast well diversified and tasty. The city center is beautiful and full of history. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again when in Iasi next time.
