You will never need anything and the staff is so sweet .... This place is something you want to go to .. and you never want to leave again ... This is the 2nd time me and my husband are there and we will return to this place every time we are in Senegal..... Definitely worth it ..... One amazing place ... And by the way take the stress away and sleep like a baby there ...

The rooms were clean, light and cool in the daytime, homely feel, staff super friendly and helpful, great location near the shops but quiet. Comfy bed and pillows, hot water. Lovely porch to chill on.

A piece of Paradise, we loved EVERYTHING here, amazing hospitality! We stayed in the beautiful (clay) ECO House, constructed by the owner himself, with lots of love for details ("dry toilet") a marvelous garden and delicious food. If you are crazy enough to arrive by car, you might want to leave it at the main road and take a shortcut by walking, as it's pretty adventurous otherwise... No hot water - which wasn't a problem at all

A recently renovated guest house located in Kafountine, Karamba Lodge features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We loved our contact with the owner Malika, she is a very interesting and knowledgeable person who helped us with all we needed. The garden is fabulous place to have a fire / BBQ and for birdwatching. Room was very cozy, spacious and we loved the communal kitchen to cook in. Good WiFi. Many areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. 20 min walk from town / 20 min walk from the beach.

I arrived in the pouring rain. Nathalie and her gardiner, Julien, met me at the entrance. Nathalie held a huge umbrella for me while Julien took care of all of my baggage. The room is pristine with picture windows overlooking a fecund garden with a large baobab tree just to the right. The bed and pillows are comfy with nice accents. There is a hot shower which was a welcomed relief from the long trip from Dakar. The area is very quiet, except for the chirping of birds that are also lovely to see. This property is a great value and the host is extremely hospitable, helpful with local information, very warm and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Chez Bethy Jungle et Océan is situated in Abene and offers a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Simple, beautiful, nice hosts, really close to the beach (less than 1minute walking), close to restaurants, mini groceries shop (less than 10min). A wonderful place to stay either if you are traveling by yourself or with family (we've traveled with our 3year old boy). We had a great experience there and will be back as soon as possible!
