We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The service we received was absolutely impeccable and of such a high standard. The genuine hospitality we received from all the staff right up to the owners warmed our heart. The food was delicious the spa treatment was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The owners and management had gone out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The hotel had experience zero to no snow but they arranged a transfer up the mountain for us to experience it. We will forever remember the time spent here and cant thank you enough for helping us make the best memories. From our hearts to yours thank you so much. May your business always flourish.

We loved staying here, a much more personal experience during a long trip. Learned a lot about the region and enjoyed spending time chatting over tea! Great location and we were able to arrange a taxi easily for a day trip. Cosy room (we were there in January) and comfy too. Would love to stay in the the room in the backyard next time! The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel is adjoined to a popular cafe in Kars (which is also owned by them) and served up an overwhelming traditional Turkish breakfast everyday. Super value in this.
