The food was amazing and the guest room was so lovely. The hotel is a heritage building set in downtown Fargo. The boutique shopping on the main drag was wonderful too, I simply cannot wait to return to this hotel !

Located off Interstate 94, this hotel is less than 1 mile from Valley City State University. It features a large indoor pool and hot tub, a daily continental breakfast and rooms with free Wi-Fi. We've stayed at many AmericInn's, as they are reliably clean and attractive. I also like that they have designated pet-friendly rooms. I'm quite allergic to animal dander so never want to stay in a room that might have had dogs. The front desk clerk assured me there are only a handful of pet-friendly rooms, mainly on the first floor. Pool and hot tub area was very attractive and the handy guest laundry was a bonus.
