Neal and Mike are amazing hosts. The environment is very welcoming , warm and homey. Home hooked breakfast every morning. The rooms are big, well furnished, comfortable beds and toiletries available. The common space is great place where guests get together to chat, watch TV in front of a cozy fireplace. The outdoor area is huge with plenty of patio furniture hammocks and fire pits. About a 20 minute walk into town. I love this place and will stay again at my next visit.

A beautiful property in a great location. Breakfast was a lovely selection of small plates, with delicious sweet and savoury home-made choices. We stayed in The Loft room which was perfect for January, very cosy with a remote-controlled gas fire and an amazing bathroom. If I stay again in the spring/summer months I would probably choose a room at the front of the house with a view out to the bay. We had a delightful 2-night stay and would highly recommend.

The location of this home was super convenient to everything Newport has to offer. Our room was spacious and quiet and the host was accommodating and informative. The home cooked breakfast was superb!

This Federalist style boutique hotel in Newport, Rhode Island is just a 10-minute walk from the scenic Cliff Walk and beach. It features individually themed rooms and on-site parking. Lovely large downstairs room with ensuite. Enormous four poster bed which was very comfortable. Hot drinks available 24/7 in the reception/dining room area. Only 10-15 min walk to the wharfs with many restaurants and shops. Plenty of room to park our car for free at the rear of the property.

This Rhode Island Inn is conveniently located just 2 miles from Newport city centre and all Newport attractions. We loved everything! Breakfast was very well stocked. Loved the ice machine and Poland Springs to fill our water bottles. We had a late check in and they were so accommodating.
