Conveniently located along the main road, and since I was travelling to Laos, the location outside the city and somewhat closer to the border was a plus for me.

The location is very easy to find, and right next to the central square. And even so, it's completely quiet at night. The facilities are quite new, and for such a price, it's relatively reasonable.
