I liked meeting the friendly local lady and her daughter in the laundromat where the keys were issued. Said adjacent laundromat is open very late and seems to be a social meetup point -- I was up late most nights so no worries, but if you have an early alarm, tell the lady at the laundromat and she will shut it down earlier or tell the locals to socialize elsewhere besides outside your bedroom window. Overall, this is a very nice spot at a good price point. The wifi is solid, it's nice to have laundry service, and the carport was great when packing my car during a downpour. If you don't have a motor vehicle, search elsewhere, but with a car you are very close to some great spots and good eats, paying way less than those staying at the resorts.

The staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming. The service they provided was exceptional. I had good conversations with the staff. Appreciated them. The distance from the sea to my room was great. Had fast access to the sea for a swim/snorkle. Having an outdoor shower was awesome to wash off the sand from the beach etc. Food that I tried on the menu was delicious. The view from the front of my room onto the beach/sea was beautiful. So close to the sea. Best of the hotels I visited on Savai'i. My room was high above the water, so I had a beautiful view of the sea, the sunrise, and sunset. Beautiful location.

Amazing staff, facilities were great. Rooms were what we expected. Overall amazing stay, restaurant and food were much better than what we had at reputable hotel chains in Apia.

Le Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort vous accueille au cœur de 90 hectares de jardins tropicaux. Il propose une piscine de style lagon et un spa de jour. We enjoyed our stay primarily from the friendly, helpful and responsible staff of the entire hotel. Excellent breakfast, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, room cleaning, magnificent garden, spa, excellent beach, they organized a transfer for us at our request. We would recommend this hotel for a holiday. Major renovations are underway in one building of the hotel, but this does not interfere with your vacation.

Situé à Mulifanua, le Transit Motel possède un jardin. Il possède un salon commun, un restaurant et une piscine extérieure. The property was clean and tidy, same as our room was neat and big enough. The receptionists who were on the pm and night shift were not so good. Kept asking for my receipts as I knew they overcharged me with some costs. Their driver was awesome with another male staff. Receptionists need to improve their customer service as they will be the first impression for their guests

We stayed in The Villa & just loved it. The glass doors open out to a patio where you can sit, looking out over the beautiful pool & an amazing vista beyond. Perfect place to read a book & listen to the birds. Paul & Joan were fabulous hosts, really friendly & helpful but not the slightest bit intrusive. They made us feel very welcome.
