I rarely score any small hotel 10 out of 10, because it’s doesn’t leave any higher score for really special 5 star hotels, but this one deserves it! The room was lovely, modern, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked, the shower was good, nice amenities including tea, coffee, shampoo, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a five or ten minute walk to the stone bridge and other historic sites. And, as others have said, the breakfast was fantastic! We highly recommend a stay here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fabulous hotel 12. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, efficient, and ensured that I felt welcome right from the start. It truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Plus, I was 2 hours early! Hotel 12 is situated in the perfect location, close to all the attractions and amenities you need. I didn't have to go far to explore the city, hike, indulge in some shopping, or try out local restaurants. The rooms at this hotel were simply great. From the stylish decor to the comfortable beds, every detail was carefully curated to create a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable stay. They were always available to assist me with any queries or requests, and their attentiveness to our needs was truly remarkable. Their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Waking up to a scrumptious breakfast each morning was such a delight. The hotel offered a good variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food for dinner was impeccable Very Caring Staff: The staff members at this hotel were not only professional but also genuinely caring. They took the time to engage in friendly conversations, ensuring I felt like a valued guests. Their personal touch and warm demeanor made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at hotel 12. The level of service, comfort, and overall experience far exceeded what I had paid for. It's rare to find such outstanding quality at such an affordable.

Great staff and great furniture. We loved staying here and we extended our stay. All the staff, especially a lady was very helpful and kind.

Hotell Triumf asub Prizrenis, 400 meetri kaugusel Mahmet Pasha Hamamist. Neljatärnihotellis on terrassiga toad, kus on konditsioneer, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja privaatne vannituba. The hotel was in the city center , walking distance to the restaurants and shopping centers, it was very clean , the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was excellent

HANI asub Prizrenis, 400 meetri kaugusel Prizreni Liiga muuseumist. Ma ei saa seda teha. The location was perfect in the heart of the old town. Easy and convenient walks to everything. The food was spectacular! Very traditional Kosovoan food and prepared exquisitely. A true local experience. The staff was over the top friendly and nice clean room. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

The hotel is new, super clean and location is great. The stuff is lovely, we felt very welcomed and would love to come back again! Thank you for having us!

Very helpful and welcoming staff. They are smile and do their best to make my stay enjoyable. Very spacious and clean room. The balcony is large and has very nice view. 15 minutes walk to the Sinan mosque at old town and less than 10 minutes walk to the shopping street where you can find a lot of shopping centres, restaurants and malls.

Featuring a fitness centre, sauna and a hot tub, Premium Park Hotel is set in Prizren, 1.6 km from Sinan Pasha Mosque and 2.7 km from Albanian League of Prizren Museum. The location is right next to a shopping center and has a nice pool. Great breakfast.

Hotell Venisi asub Prizrenis, 300 meetri kaugusel Sinan Pasha mošeest. Kohapeal on terrass, tasuta eraparkla ja baar. Everything was perfect the room was so huge, it was very clean and cosy, we had an amazing view! The hotel is very good located in the heart of old town. Very kind and polite host!

Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff which makes you feel so welcoming!Room is cozy and nicely designed.The restaurant on 1/F is a must to go, great food, professional staff and value of money! Highly recommended if visit Gjakova!
