The staff are absolutely incredible. Best customer service I have ever experienced, hands down. The island is GORGEOUS and the facilities are impeccably clean and beautiful. I loved that the lack of WIFI in the rooms/beaches forced you to unplug. The drinks are to die for. The other guests at the resort were super nice; we made friends quickly. Actually coming back for our one year anniversary with 3 couples we met during our stay!

The island operator Milly is as genuine and helpful as you can ask for. She seriously cares about the people who find Shaka and constantly goes the extra mile.
