-Located in a very quiet area but very close and at walking distance from any amenities Puerto Del Carmen has to offer this studio apartment is part of the complex San Francisco 2 and is fully furnished, newly refurbished, with Wi-Fi and TV. -A few local restaurants and bars nearby ( I recommend “La Chalana” as it offers amazing local ingredients). -If you like walking and hiking there is a coastal path that gets to the near Puerto Calero in about 5km with striking views over the ocean. -The supermarket Hiperdino is at about 7 mins walk away and Playa Chica and Avenida de las playas ( Playa Grande) at about 12 mins walk. The port area and the center are at walking distance with loads of shops and restaurants. -The owner or Manager “Paolo “ was very helpful with any info I needed at check in. -I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lanzarote.

The flat was very well located, it was very clean and had all the necessary facilities (coffee machine, salt, pepper, spices, washing up liquid, loo paper, washing machine with washing liquid etc…) The balcony with views on the sea and on the palm trees was lovely The owners left a big bottle of fresh water for us when we got there. There was a fan for when it got hot.

Staff is really great and helpful, place is kids friendly and the water in the swimming pools is warm. There are a few nice restaurants close by (el Molino and the indian one next to it), the beach is just there and you have everything in the close proximity.

I let a comment to the first night, because I have two reservations, total 5 nights. The staff was very careful and I was in the sane suite all five nights, even I must change the check-in day because of the flight change.

Room was comfortable and quiet. It was in a nice position looking over the pool.

Our stay was amazing! The villas are big and spacious. We loved the outdoor heated pool! If you have a rent a car, you can reach from there everything very easy. We saw some bus stops nearby there too, so public transport should not be a problem. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good!

Very relaxing and nice atmosphere. Plenty of food and drink available at all times of the day. Terrace is great for lounging and people watching. One step out to the beachfront. Bicycle hire on site.

Can't think of anything I didn't like apart from the work going on with the centre pool a little dusty and noisy at times.

Had an amazing time. Villa was just the best. The hosts was so lovely, they picked us up and showed us round the villa and we had an amazing welcome basket with drink. Everything was just lovely
