Dave and Melissa were fantastic hosts. Very accommodating and the guests enjoyment was their top priority. Staff are legends too. Super comfy rooms, pool, and tasty restaurant. Got us into some great waves.

Ombak Resort Ekas is a paradise in all senses. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is bright and clean, and the bed is super comfy. The pool is excellent, and the restaurant area and pool table are the perfect places to hang out after a surfing day. But more than a hotel, staying in Ombak make you feel like part of the family, where people care for each other, have positive vibes all the time, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you with your needs, might it be fixing a surfing board, giving you surfing tips, preparing special food based on your food allergies or how to get around Ekas region. We loved our stay. Big hugs and thanks to Tim and Le-Anne for the warm hospitality and especially the cheesecake that is the best I've ever eaten. Guys, thank you so much! We'll remember our days in Ekas forever. Note: keep in mind that Ekas Beach is a place for surfing and relaxing, there is nothing else to do there. The village is tiny, the beaches are beautiful, but to get around you'll need a scooter or bike (and strong legs).
