Service was very personal! From the point of arrival, even after we checked out, every single staff, regardless of their position was always on all smiles, polite and approachable. Initially we thought the room rate was on the high side, but when we realised that it included all the facilities as well as free entry to the lost world, it doesn't seem too ex after all. Overall a very nice experience, highly recommended!

Beautiful resort, staff were exceptional warm and welcoming. Breakfast has a large variety of choices both western as well as the famous Ipoh local breakfast items with huge selection of cakes impossible to sample all in one sitting :) The view was fantastic, we were on the 22nd floor with the beautiful view of the famous Ipoh limestone Karst hills and lake, feeling so close to nature was fantastic, we enjoyed sitting in the balcony early in the morning to watch the clouds actually passing through our balcony ! Our suite was spacious and excellent. All the staff were very friendly like Thomas Tan , Migel and others in the restaurant. The security guards were always polite and greeted us every time with a smile, they assisted us with parking each time . we wish we had more time to use other facilities such as the beautiful swimming pool, do more walks around the resort and jungle tracking, the resort is like a nature's park on its own :) We look forward to a longer stay when we are in Ipoh again next. Thank you The Haven for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The serenity of the place, the restaurant was amazing. Dont fault the location as it is not meant for people looking for a bustling place. It is a bit far from Ipoh town but that is not why we came here.
