Due to a facility issue, the restaurant was undergoing repair when we arrived so breakfast was served by the pool. There was some confusion between the reception area and the communication to the restaurant staff so too many people showed up at the same time. However, the woman managing the restaurant handled the issue with ease. She directed staff to bring more tables from the restaurant and arrange them around the area to accommodate all guests. Everyone was satisfied and it was seamless. Bravo to her and the entire staff!

Location is great! 4 min drive to downtown Carvoeiro and the beach. You can walk though with a stroller uphill and on cobblestone is tough. Place itself is great. Spacious, clean, and lots of amenities though we didn’t use them.

Traveling off season (March), the price was great for the comfort we had. Whole area is beautiful, the village is charming and clean. Our 1-bedroom apartment was perfectly clean and very well equipped, although is was not new. We really enjoyed the time here.
