Everything was immaculate, the room and bed extremely comfortable, and the property lovely. The beach is splendid - crystal clear water and great for swimming. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially Ulna and Abdul, who are angels. Thanks for everything. We would gladly come back!

The facility is just breath taking and everything is been taking care of. You can really see that details are important here: friendly and welcoming staff, complimentary mask and fina by the private beach; complimentary lounge and showers for the guests that have already checked out and thanks to which my husband and I were able to take advantage of our last day on the island and catch a late night flight.

The position of the hotel is directly on the sea but separated from the beach. The staff was super kind, breakfast was very tasty.

The facilities were great and well kept with lots of activities to do (we had a real adventure with the trails, scenic view ride, the workout stops was a unique concept too). I loved every meal we had. Breakfast buffet was adequate with lots of varieties, I liked the mix of African, English, Asian and other cuisines. All the staff were amazing and helpful. We appreciate Prisca, Frank, John, Pruba (made every meal time awesome with his smile and was always ready to assist), Deepak (made our apperitif out of this world). Other staff who made our stay memorable were Raphael, Vamsi and the house keeping staff (we loved the evening room refreshing service💯💯) . The lady (can’t remember her name 😌) who drove us to the hill side for apperitif and to Cyann for our dinner, that girl is an angel. I can’t mention all the staff but every encounter with a staff was memorable all the way from the entrance, reception and everyone was genuinely smilling. Thanks to all who made an effort towards our candle light dinner, it was lovely😍😍… The hotel has several restaurants offering varied cuisines so we were spoilt for choice and everyday was a new experience (I wish we had more days😇😇).. definately coming back and looking forward to an experience in the sister hotels in Maldives and Mauritius😊😊

This is a self-catering villa. We basically need to do everything ourselves like doing the laundry, cooking, ironing. The saff helped us organized a maid at a reasonable price and the maid was very helpful. In conclude, this villa is perfect for families and you are suggested to hire a maid to help with the household Chores. We have had a good time and will come back again!

Loved everything, couldn't fault anything about this stay. Apartment beautiful. Check in was very easy and staff were very helpful. Eden island is stunning and our apartment had a lovely view out over the marina. It was also enclosed balcony which was very safe for our 1 year old.

We usually are demanding guests but our stay at L’Escale has been perfect from start to finish. The decoration has been done with great taste, the staff is super friendly and helpful (special mention to Nhi who has been amazing) and the food is delicious. Highly recommend without hesitation and will definetely book here if we come again!
