The staff was amazing and really made sure, that we have everything that we need. Since the hotel on the pictures is currently under renovation, we got a room in the Canary Nungwi Hotel with a free room upgrade and free 60 minutes massage for each one of us. It would be better to place some information in the Booking.com description, that the hotel is a different one, but they really cared well for us at the other hotel, it was a great stay and they definitely made it up for that small confusion. They also let us stay a bit longer on our last day and gave us a different room, such that we could shower once more before heading to the airport in the late afternoon.

The hotel is wonderful, the view is incredible, everyone is very helpful and polite (although very impersonal, they don't talk and don't exchange experiences with the locals), clean, good food and very good drinks too! The varied activities are very cool, more active during the day and thematic presentations at night. We received from the hotel a sparkling wine on the first night to celebrate our honeymoon! It was perfect after 9 days on safari!!!
