Die Unterkunft E-GEO Easy Living Resort, die in Marmari, 200 m von Strand Marmari entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem saisonalen Außenpool, kostenlosen... Das Personal ist einfach nur super, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben am Tag zuvor Bescheid gegeben, dass wir 3 Stunden vor Check-In-Zeit da wären und man hat unsere Koffer in Obhut genommen, uns schon unsere Bändchen angelegt und uns eingeladen, die Anlage frei zu nutzen, solange wir auf unser Zimmer warten, dass dann auch eine Stunde früher fertig war. Die Anlage sieht gut aus und man hat an jeder Ecke durchgehend Urlaubsfeeling. Das Essen ist lecker und man hat eine riesige Auswahl. Die Urwald-Dusche im Zimmer war ein Traum und die Damen vom Reinigungsservice haben sogar mein Nachthemd liebevoll auf dem Bett zurecht gelegt, als sie das Bett gemacht haben. Für Menschen, die Ruhe haben wollen, ist das Animationsprogramm im Hintergrund auch überhaupt nicht unangenehm und spätestens um Punkt 23:00 ist sowieso mit Allem Schluss und es herrscht absolute Stille, was wir als sehr angenehm und gewissenhaft empfunden haben. Allgemein eine sehr schöne Balance, damit wirklich alle soviel wie möglich von ihrem Urlaub haben und keiner zu kurz kommt. Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in einem All-inclusive-Resort, weil ich immer bedenken über die Größe und den Ablauf solcher Anlagen hatte. Aber diese Erfahrung war sehr positiv. Riesenkompliment an die Menschen, die das tagtäglich alles umsetzen und trotzdem ein natürliches Lächeln in den Mundwinkeln haben.

The ILIOS K Hotel has a great location: 20 min from the airport (by taxi), 20 min to the beach on foot or 5 min by hotel's shuttle bus, 15-20 min to Kos town by regular island bus. We didn't plan to rent any vehicle to move around, so we were very happy to use public transport, which was very comfortable! The hotel is quite cozy, with two pools and two bars, offering an all-inclusive option. The room is spacious enough, has a balcony and an air-conditioner (ours was working without any problems). The food is delicious and various! A huge thanks to the friendly staff and their willingness to help and answer all questions :) We had a great time and would totally recommend staying at Ilios K Hotel!

Das 5-Sterne-All-inclusive-Resort Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites liegt am Strand, im beliebten Ort Agios Fokas auf der Insel Kos. Freuen Sie sich auf 6 Pools und 3 Restaurants. The staff was fantastic, always helpful and friendly. Especially Nicks, who was the service person for the beach. They handed out free water and drinks at the beach and would even deliver food from the snack menu. We had half-board so our drinks and lunch was not included but we found that the food at the bar was delicious and actually cheaper than going to the all-inclusive buffet (+25/person). We are not heavy drinkers and we prefer local cuisine to the buffet so the half board worked great. The hotel offers 2 restaurants with a la carte menus that can each be visited once per 7 day stay. That was a nice treat and the food was really good. Otherwise we hopped on the bus to Kos town and enjoyed a plethora of really good restaurants with great food at a good price value. The hotel has a car rental company on-site that offers a large variety of vehicles for rent and the process is quick and easy. We recommend at least one day of exploration to Kefalos (very picturesque beach/island/ruins/church), Melissa's Honey store/restaurant as well as the mountain village of Zia. Zia offers great views, shopping and good food and is advertised for the best sunset views on the island. Other sites include a salt lake, wind mills and many delightful beaches. Kos town has an old town area with plenty of shopping from cheap souvenirs to well made art and leather products. Some artist from the island and all over Greece offer their products. The restaurants are plentiful and most offer good quality food and friendly service. We found (with reservations!) some great places along the beach that were a little better than the ones right on the marina. As in most of Europe you can sit as long as you want and you are not chased to pay and leave right away. In fact you will have to get someones attention to get your bill and pay. We stayed at the beachfront bungalows and I cannot say how beautiful it was.
