The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff was extremely friendly helped us book transport and day trips, the pool gives a welcoming break from the heat. The room was very clean, definitely value for money.

The location is phenomenal with incredible views from the rooms and pool. Rooms were comfortable, clean and offered all of the essentials. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. The portions were colossal, we were always full until dinner. If you're considering a trip to Wayanad, make Serene Crest your home during the stay.

Reception and restaurant kept in contact with us while we were traveling. Restaurant manager Ratheesh is excellent leader cos his team was very efficient. We arrived at 11pm but they kept in touch with us during our journey (long drive) to check on our meal requirements. Reception was tops in welcoming us at that part of the night and in a terrible storm. We were very traumatized by the long drive and monsoon like weather but the warmth with which we were welcomed was awesome to overcome the trauma

Additionally, the rooms were clean and well stocked.

The rock view is awesome 👌 Ayuverdic SPA programs are professional and really good! 👍 Next time, i should stay here for a couple of weeks!

El Wayanad Wild ofrece alojamiento en Lakkidi y habitaciones con vistas a las copas de los árboles y baño. El establecimiento alberga un restaurante. Food , staff, location . it was like staying with extended family. Martin and team handle the customers in a relax way.. Anil was so kind of explaining about the preparation of foods.. Amna was taking care of kid well.. David and team doing great job, keep rocking.. i love the fish fry they served...
