We stayed at the room with the private pool and it was overall a truly king’s experience as they say. The restaurant was delicious, the spa (foot massage) was fantastic and the hotel amenities were superb, a very calm and beautiful experience all around. Thank you to Chhom Lom and all the staff for making of our stay a beautiful one.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. Absolutely everything!! Surroundings- absolutely stunning!! The grounds are well maintained and get exceptionally clean. The facilities are amazing! Great pool, gym and spa ( jacuzzi, cold water plunge pool, sauna, steam room) Rooms- beautifully decorated with everything you’d need. Four bottles of water in the room was great! Never ever had to buy any. Also the rolls were always very clean. Food and drink- delicious. Staff- so welcoming, friendly,helpful and kind.

This hotel is the perfect place to discover Siem Reap and its temples. Yuth booked several tours for us. He was very reactive, also on very short term notice. Pov was our super tuktuk driver, Mister Sunheang was our very attentive van driver and Phon Seiha was the perfect tour guide. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Shintana Saya. I can honestly say that the service we received was the best we have ever experienced (and we travel a lot staying in 5 star properties all around the world). David and his team go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. From pick up and drop off at the airport (complete with cold coconuts and cool towels to refresh), fruit platters and wine in the room, included minibar which is restocked daily, the attention to detail is impeccable. The team also helped us to arrange private English speaking guide and driver at a reasonable price so we could visit the temples and floating village. They also helped book other activities and provided great advice on key things to do. I was initially worried whether the location would be suitable to get to and from the town but it was very convenient with Tuk Tuks on standby to take you wherever you wanted to go at any time (also complementary!) and easy to book the return trip back with the Tuk Tuk for a small flat fee. My sons shoes got really muddy quad biking, they saw me trying to clean them and immediately took them away and helped to clean them up. David also offered us a complementary meal in the restaurant which served nice food. Hotel rooms were spacious, very clean and the grounds of the property were beautiful. Looks exactly as pictured. In case you are considering this hotel for your trip to Siem Reap I would highly recommend it and urge you to book it as you won’t be disappointed!

Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary massages, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating after a day of sightseeing. I must also commend the hotel's dining experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and their restaurant provided excellent service and an amazing menu selection that fulfilled all my culinary expectations.
