Summer Island Maldives ligger på North Malé Atoll och har ett privat strandområde och en restaurang. Här finns även en infinitypool och ett 24-timmarsöppet fitnesscenter. Absolutely stunning location and close enough to Male to access more easily than many other resorts. The buffet breakfast and dinner (we did half board) were delicious and varied. The free snorkelling trip each day was awesome, but ultimately the turtle snorkel trip offered by the dive centre (paid) was way better with healthier reefs, unbelievable numbers of fish and many other incredible marine life (we saw rays, sharks, and turtles). Snorkelling around the island itself was also beautiful and the waters are shallow throughout making it easy and safe for children and less confident swimmers to enjoy. Sitting on the beach at the Nevi bar, enjoying the breeze and the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The room and view were beautiful and the outdoor shower (private) was cool. Staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help make your holiday special! We travelled during the "rain season" (July) but had gorgeous weather the entire stay!

We loved everything. The most relaxing vacation we have had. We loved how natural the island is with mature trees. The water is spectacular and so are the rooms. Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi ligger på South Male Atoll och täcker 3,5 km långa grönska och stränder som sträcker sig över 3 öar som omger en lagun. Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives resort for our honeymoon was really nice and we enjoyed every moment. Everything was really good. The staff is excellent but we have to give extra credit and a big thank you to our personal concierge Tanissa! She helped us with EVERYthing from start to check out. She was very kind and whenever we contaced her she was always available, no matter what time it was. She definitely made our stay so much better. Best romantica experience is definately ”Cinema under the stars” if you go, you have to try it 🥰 Loved this Place!
