Wee is the best host you can ask for, he goes over and beyond to make your stay at Tioman Island perfect. He is also very knowledgeable and arranges amazing snorkel trips. And his mum is lovely and cooks a delicious dinner!

Wifi in the lobby/dining area was excellent. Fantastic staff! The beach offers easy access to the reef and snorkeling was possible for anyone of any skill level. If you enjoy nature, this is a great place to stay. There is abundant sea life (sea turtles, baby sharks, sting rays and lots of tropical fish species) and jungle inhabitants (monkeys, giant squirrels, lizards) etc.

Located 1,500 metres above sea level, Cameron Highlands Resort - Small Luxury Hotels of the World offers accommodations in a colonial building amidst fresh mountain air and cool temperatures. The welcome, the friendly and attentive staff, even the cleaning staff left us a lovely little note. An old colonial building with spacious, comfortable and well appointed rooms, and the views over the golf course were pleasant. Our strawberry spa massage treatment really was exceptional. Breakfast was all very tasty, although, we thought that you could only order one option from the menu on the first morning, but you can actually order multiple items: The pancakes were delicious, as was the porridge. We also ate a steamboat dish there one evening, as it was raining, which was an interesting experience. And the high (afternoon) tea was also nice.
