Kotono yado Musashino offers accommodation in Nara, and is located a 11-minute drive from Nara Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line. This felt like less of a hotel stay and more of an experience as a whole. If you are exploring Nara I would recommend taking at least a day to just enjoy this hotel stay. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff who helped us with every little thing, from taking our luggage to ordering a taxi for our departure. We were served luxurious meals for dinner and breakfast in our room, by staff who set our table and made our bed. The location was magical with beautiful nature and deers roaming around outside. They had an amazing natural hot spring bath as well. Would warmly recommend this place.

The picturesque Japanese-style guest house Hotobil B&B 潤 An inn that enjoys breakfast is centrally located in Nara, 10 minutes by taxi from JR Nara Station. Very friendly and helpful host, served us a wonderful shaved ice and tea on arrival and went out of her way to explain how everything's works and how to get to places. Then we were served a delicious breakfast before checking out. A family atmosphere which we enjoyed very much, would highly recommend.

The accommodation facility of Gyokuzoin Temple features a hot public bath. The hotel is located in Mount Shigisan and houses a souvenir shop and drinks vending machines. Unique experience! Totally fine for a solo traveller. Rooms are tatami+futon and absolutely huge. There's a communal bath that is very good. Food was also very nice.

A 2-minute walk from Kintetsu-Nara Station, a 5-minute taxi ride from JR Nara Train Station and a 5-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple, Kasuga Hotel features Japanese cuisine and beautiful hot public... The location is excellent. Great starting place to walk anywhere in the area and visit all sites. The onsen is super and very relaxing. Free coffee and drinks in the lobby at all hours, restaurant onsite, and a communal sitting area are nice too.

Tsukihitei is located in the Kasugayama Primeval Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Beautiful location and excellent staff. Very helpful and welcoming.

Located in Ikoma and only 8.8 km from Iwafune Shrine, Kanko Ryokan Yamato provides accommodation with city views, free WiFi and free private parking. Beautiful place line from a Ghibli movie. Lovely owners and 2 funny dogs. My son was happy to play with them. If you come by car pls park on the big free parking Before entering Ikoma village. Then walk 3 min ( by stairs) to the Ryokan.

Kadojin features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Tenkawa. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. The location was picturesque and overall incredibly pleasant to look around at. The property itself is very well maintained, truly delivers the classic ryokan experience, onsen are amazing and very enjoyable, the staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The food was something else - both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast were delicious, filling and a great pleasure to partake in. Overall, would highly recommend, I had a blast staying at Kadojin.

Located in Tenkawa, Misenkan offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. This 2-star ryokan offers luggage storage space. Guests can enjoy river views. Everything Best hospitality, owner are very Nice people and kind. Very good sake too. Everything local. Clean The room with outside bathub was really stuning The area was Nice, slow Life japan. With an amazing smell of Cedar wood. Nice Onsen and seesith in doragawa. They accept tattoo !!

Kakimotoya is located near Mount Shigi, a 10-minute taxi ride from JR Oji Train Station. Amazing meals, and modern facilities, comparing to other ryokans we visited during our trip. View was amazing, but location can only be accessed by car or bus

Perfect walking distance from Nara Park, surrounded by cute cafes and stores. Just a 17 minute walk from Nara Station making it an easy place to walk with luggage.
