It would have been a child's dream team park. The sauna was excellent, steam (kiukaan löyly) was moist, no need to heat over 60-70 C. There were sunbeds for sunbathing, very comfortable ones. Good grill for bbq, big table outdoors for eating. Garden was well lit during evening, except you need a flashlight to go to outhouse. The owner provided enough drinking water in containers. It is very quiet place, you can have really peaceful holiday there.

We liked all facilities that were there. As we were in the winter time -15 at home it was warm and comfortable (very romantic). There was a practical outside terrace with grill and grill facilities to make a delicious dinner for a relaxing in nature. The sauna was nice and clean with an outstanding view on the lake.

The place is exceptionally eye catching! Everything was all good, facilities were all there, cozy and comfortable. Wood and stuff were all available for grilling, sauna and fireplaces. Külalismaja Malaika is situated in Põlva, 48 km from University of Tartu Natural History Museum, 49 km from Tartu Town Hall, as well as 49 km from Tartu Cathedral. Lovely and quiet location, close to town centre. We had everything we needed, teas, coffees etc. Accomodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable and homely. Truly most welcoming and warmest hosts, felt like being treated as family. Best place we stayed. Will definitely return 😊

I have traveled in Estonia quite a lot and visited a lot of different locations. This was by far the coolest location I have been to. Activities, location, natural beauty and the host were wonderful. Will be back without a doubt.
