The owner was very kind and suggested us beach to go based on wind conditions and he's at dipsposal for any other infos The villa is at about 5 minute carfrom Kos town and Tigaki and Lambi. it is surrounded by a garden of oleanders, bouganvilles and erbs like mint and sage so , while you are on the sun bed or in the pool, you can the smell the perfumes of theese erbs. the reality is even better than the pictures!:) So i strongly reccomend to choose this accomodation

Offering a garden and mountain view, Saint Nicholas Houses is set in Kefalos, less than 1 km from Kohilari Beach and a 16-minute walk from Camel Beach. Tutto ottimamente gestito dai proprietari, dalla cordialità e simpatia, alla pulizia della villa...La Villa si trova in ottima posizione con una bella vista sul mare (anche se leggermente lontano), ed è arredata bene, dai bagni, alle camere e sala/cucina (tutto nuovo). Nicolas sa essere un ottimo proprietario, non invadente ma comunque sempre presente e produce degli ottimi meloni, angurie, olio e pomodori (che omaggia). Nella villa c'è tutto l'occorrente, Dalla biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani, ecc), alle stoviglie per cucinare. E' presente anche un gran bel frigorifero e lavatrice e i letti sono super comodi. Forse le tre camere da letto sono un pò piccole, ma ci sta tutto. Ogni camera ha il proprio condizionatore. I bagni sono grandi e funzionali (tutti con bella doccia). Ci sono anche due belle terrazze....una in zona soggiorno, arredata con tavolino e sedie e una con lettini per prendere il sole. Esiste anche un terrazzino con stendibiancheria per i panni lavati. La TV funziona solamente come "smart TV" (benissimo). La privacy è garantita (anche se è una struttura composta da tre ville). Il WiFi è perfettamente funzionante.
