Our room was large and well furnished, warm and quiet. with a view of fields and hills from the window. In particular, the facilities for disabled persons in the bathroom were excellent, the best-considered and most substantial of any that I have found in a great deal of travelling as a disabled person.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The lady owner very kindly gave us a lift to our next hotel.

Hotel was great with wonderful views.
Hotel was great with wonderful views. But the breakfast at the service station is terrible. Do yourself a favour and travel 5 mins south to a much much better option. The next junction south has a truckers cafe just off the main road with ample parking. the food was brilliant and well priced. Despite being situated at a service station just off the M74 the location is beautiful with lots of wildlife around. The room was quiet and very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom also clean and well-equipped with bath/shower, shaver socket and excellent lighting.
