Els apartaments són amples i estan ben distribuïts. Els banys són grans i els llits amples i comodíssims. Els esmorzars et donen l'energia que et cal per poder fer km al plateau. Gastronòmicament la mestressa cuida els seus plats, i en Harilaos és el rei dels sucs de taronja i magrana. No sóc dels que m'agrada repetir llocs on he estat, però a Dictamus Homes hi penso tornar. Dictamus Homes has a soul: she is called Emmanoela. She is everything, and to be everything she has a company called Harilaos. This couple have managed to create a corner of the world in Lassithi.
