Dictamus Homes te una ànima: és diu Emmanoela. Ella ho és tot, i per ser-ho tot te una companyia que es diu Harilaos. Aquesta parella han sabut crear un racó de món a Lassithi. Els apartaments són amples i estan ben distribuïts. Els banys són grans i els llits amples i comodíssims. Els esmorzars et donen l'energia que et cal per poder fer km al plateau. Gastronòmicament la mestressa cuida els seus plats, i en Harilaos és el rei dels sucs de taronja i magrana. No sóc dels que m'agrada repetir llocs on he estat, però a Dictamus Homes hi penso tornar.
