Was a dream! Very beautiful, stayed there in November and we were the only ones occupying the whole villa. Beautiful views! Breakfast was very good and owners and workers were very helpful.

It was easy and comfortable. We booked on our way and arrived in the evening. Very nice staff and delicious breakfast.
Parking place was full but they could accommodate our car for the night. Not a problem actually.

The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but you need to be aware that you need to drive a car to get around here which is fine but hard to find parking in and around Montepulciano as it is a large walled city which must be explored. You also have the option of dining in the restaurant downstairs for those who are concerned about returning back after dinner in the dark from Montepulciano on winding roads which can include a local dirt road, which we found a fun experience.

The house is an excellent base to visit Montepulciano, Chianciano, Pienza, Castiliogne del Lago and many more, but please refer to the host, Cristina -- her knowledge of the surroundings and her willingness to share them are unparalleled. The villa is in a great location for visiting the hill towns of Tuscany, and it was a very comfortable base. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the villa and the view are fantastic.
