Was a dream! Very beautiful, stayed there in November and we were the only ones occupying the whole villa. Beautiful views! Breakfast was very good and owners and workers were very helpful.

It was easy and comfortable. We booked on our way and arrived in the evening. Very nice staff and delicious breakfast.
Parking place was full but they could accommodate our car for the night. Not a problem actually.

The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but you need to be aware that you need to drive a car to get around here which is fine but hard to find parking in and around Montepulciano as it is a large walled city which must be explored. You also have the option of dining in the restaurant downstairs for those who are concerned about returning back after dinner in the dark from Montepulciano on winding roads which can include a local dirt road, which we found a fun experience.

It’s really a special, family friendly place off the beaten path but easy to get anywhere you need - and there are magnificent things to see in this part of Italy. You do have to self cater everything, but that’s fine bc it is like an apartment versus a hotel. The owner is so kind and is there to support and give amazing tips of where to eat, what to see, what to do. We had the best time and cannot wait to come back. It felt like a blissful home away from home!
