The gardens are well kept and a joy to spend time in. we traveled with a little dog, which was not a problem. Max was loved by all. There is a wonderful pool, with lots of places to sit, either in the sun or shade. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Umbria, I would totally recommend this place.MoniqueNetherlands

He really helped us a lot and was very kind. The view of the lake is great, we stayed at the second floor. Many places to eat at are nearby. Close to the main city Perugia. The room was big and the kitchen fully staffed. An awesome stay!!

The place is full of character, with beautiful corners inside and out. We had great tours of the region during the days and a restful evenings admiring the sunset from the garden. Also, excellent value for money.

The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.
