Ideal for visiting various places of interest like Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi and the Islands of Lake Trasimeno. Also great walking and cycling not far away. Lovely pool and garden. It is not a hideaway in the hills but in the middle of a village; Not a negative at all but worth knowing. Passignano sul Trasimeno just down the road is very nice. He really helped us a lot and was very kind. The view of the lake is great, we stayed at the second floor. Many places to eat at are nearby. Close to the main city Perugia. The room was big and the kitchen fully staffed. An awesome stay!!

The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.
