Excellent location, friendly staff and helpful, the room looks like the pictures and it was clean.
One thing you have to take into consideration is that San Marco neighborhood is far away from the train station so if you have heavy luggage it will be a long walk with stairs or you can take a water taxi that will get you very close to the hotel but it costs around 60 euros.

It's a very peaceful and quiet place yet only a short boat ride from Venice and St. Mark's. The rooms are very basic (as pictured) but clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to leave the Venice crowds behind and enjoy the beautiful grounds of San Servolo. I would stay again.

Room was nice but when i got there they change me to another building and we have to walk, no one help you with the bags and they didn’t let me turn in the air conditioning.
