Fairly centrally located, must have been very interesting history, friendly staff and lots of windows to open to air dry our stuff as it rained when we arrived. Usually we have to book 2 rooms to accommodate our family of 5 but they had a family room which was amazing

The staff is super nice and welcoming and helpful. The rooms are the cleanest I've seen in hotel in a long time.

The Hotel Commercio & Pellegrino is fantastically located right in the heart of Venice just a 5 minute walk through the city’s characteristic charming, narrow streets from Piazza San Marco.

Everything. The staff was lovely, the room perfect, the breakfast wonderful - everything about it. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Venice. Oh, and the location could not be better. Perfect hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in April and the weather was most of the time horrible, but you can imagine how beautiful this island is in summer time. The hotel is at a 5 minute walking distance to the beach, it is also only 2 bus stops to the vaporetto stops and the center. We visited the main island every day and had no trouble at all with transportation. The rooms are quite old-school but yet very comfortable and receive a good amount of sunlight. A nice continental breakfast is served for 15€, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would choose this hotel if I get to visit Venice again.
In the small square of Campiello del Vin, Hotel Campiello is 200 yards from St. Mark’s Square, and 325 ft from the San Zaccaria Vaporetto water bus stop.

The reception staff are incredible, especially David. It is very close to the docks, restaurants, and St. Mark's square. The second (upgraded) room has plenty of space, a beautiful bathroom, and it gets cool in the evening without opening the windows!
Just 215 yards from Saint Mark's Square, the Ca' dei Conti is an 18th-century Venetian residence, reached by bridge over a small canal. It features a charming roof terrace and elegant rooms.
