There is private parking at the property. It is quite difficult to park at the area. Living room was great. It seems more a summer accommodation with plenty of beds to share with friends and family.

A very calm place with an amazing garden and a super friendly host. However, if you're on diet DO NOT even think about their breakfast. It's huge and so good that you won't be able to stop eating :)

Trakai is a super relaxing place to visit.
Trakai is a super relaxing place to visit. Many do it as a day trip from Vilnius, but I spent four nights there. The weather was glorious so there was a boat trip, swimming and plenty of walking. I was there to explore the Karaim and their culture. The castle museum is certainly worth a visit.

It is a small town and during summer the place is packed.
It is a small town and during summer the place is packed. The beach front is full with restoranes and it is not easy to get a table. When you go to the other side of the streat it is much easier to find a table and I suspect, that the food even might be better. The lake is full with different atractions to chose from and all not very expensive. The castle is a place you must see, even if the ticket is a bit expensive. The stores we found were little and not much variety in food or drinks.. I was there for one day only, surely more days are needed in order to explore everything.

Wonderful historical place, lots of photoshoot locations,...
Wonderful historical place, lots of photoshoot locations, interesting museum collection and music concerts in the castle hall. Moderate entrance fee and a big variety of souvenirs for reasonable prices. Tasty local cuisine and many lakes around. A medieval lover dream :)
Location was great, looking out over the castle of Trakai. The room was quite big, and there was a kettle for tea. The bottles of water were refilled every morning, loved that! The bathroom looked really dark, but the shower was actually really good. Clean, and had nice towels and soap.
Communicating was a challenge since they don't speak English, but they all did they're best to point us towards someone who does speak a few words English, so that was fine!
Perfect location, perfect comunication. The best place we've stayed in Trakai. We could even take our dog with us! We found everything we've need. I' ve forgot to buy garlic for the shrimps to grill outside at, they even helped with that. The view from the kitchen is amazing. Besides, water is sooo soft in the shower, my hair became amazing after two days staying there😁😁😁
It was a pleasant experience. The only quip we had, was about the not fully cleaned bathroom (with some hair in it), and the linoleum floor had not been mopped for certainty - not a big deal wore shoes or slippers around.
I do wish the sauna was accessible easier, versus needing to book it ahead of time - even as it sits empty near the lake (no big deal).
Excellent location. Half an hour walking or couple of minutes by car from Trakai (if you park and walk accross footbridges), while away from touristic noises. Really nice and calm place.
New house. Spacious rooms. Bright, nice, clean, tasty furnished, ok wifi, large garden and outside space.
Host very welcoming and really cares.
We liked everything: spacious apartment for two of us, the feeling of Lithuanian farm and nature, the beautiful lake nearby, swimming in it, kind hosts and the local delicous products we enjoyed: eggs, milk, honey, homemade cheese.
Trakai is very close and Vilnius is also only 30 km away. It was very easy to get there by the car.
Location was excellent, in city centre, within walking distance to all the main objects and the castle. The host was very responsive and welcoming, immediately helped us with any questions or issues we had. The apartment has its own style and personality, in overall a very convenient place for a family stay in Trakai.
Apart from some minor things we did not like, we generally enjoyed our stay.
The hotel staff was helpful and polite. SPA was good as well, but some of the devices in SPA/Pool zone seemed outdated with some of the equipment needing maintenance
The hotel had a good atmosphere and was welcoming of all guests. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Our family enjoyed the pool and lake for swimming.
The restaurant served good quality food and drinks in the restaurant.
great location. parking is a problem. needs to find the nearby parking metres however the local app doesn’t accept international credit card so had to pay in cash.
room was clean on top floor. basic. no fridge. wall is a little thin.
Actually really liked everything-it is right in the center of Trakai -perfect location. Tha place is very spaciuos and has everyhing you could think of. Separate rooms, kitchen, shower...Righto on the lake.
Location is very good. There is a grocery store near by and very good restaurant called Senkelio Karčema. It is a 30 min walk to old town or 5 min drive.
