I like the facilities in the location and I've stayed there before. Unfortunately it due to supply problems and lack of employees which is affecting most businesses, the stay was extremely unsatisfying. I know that these things will be fixed in the future and I would recommend anyone to stay at this fine establishment. The staff is extremely helpful in these trying times.

Rooms could use some freshening up. Housekeeping staff was great but rooms were needing fresh paint, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Nice choice of fruits , yogurts, waffles, eggs, breakfast meats and pastries. We were all happy with breakfast. My grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool and had a lot of fun with other guests who were in pool also. Nice hot tub/jacuzzi also. Basketball court and outdoor seating was in poor condition or nonexistent. A few rocking chairs out front but used by smokers. Management was polite and apologetic about the issues I had.

There wasn't too much noise around the hotel or in the halls, which was great. Super comfortable bed. We wanted to make breakfast and were disappointed to find out that some of the options weren't available though there was a hour or so left for service. Other than that one glitch, definitely a place we would revisit on a future trip to Franklin.

When we were packing up to leave I asked if they had a luggage cart we could use and the young man at the desk went around the hotel to find us one and brought it to our room now that's what I call service.
