Nothing. Elevator was out of order. Boiled twice and still waiting for correction. TV in lobby ran all night carrying the sound into our room. At 5:30 to 6 a.m. four loud men were gathered for breakfast. The noise travelled right into our room.

The desk clerk was very nice.
The desk clerk was very nice. The bed and toilet and sink were nice. The overall cleanliness wasn't very good. It needs major updating on furnishings ,flooring and chairs. The smoke detector was missing and wires were hanging from it. Not sure how safe that was.The window was dirty the mirror wasn't very clean as well. The bed was new so it was comfy. But the rest of room was just not in good shape.

Crater Lake National Park is 50 miles away and well worth the trip. There is a charming little downtown area that has coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. One day is plenty to see the city, but more if you are exploring the beautiful area.

Only stayed one day, visiting friends. Ate at the Klamath Grill for breakfast, which was good. Getting around by car was a little confusing, due to the blinking traffic lights. Liked the quaint small town atmosphere.

We love Klamath Falls.
We love Klamath Falls. My sister and her family moved here several years ago, and we try to visit every chance we get. We live in Salem are of Oregon and so it takes a drive to get to Klamath Falls.
Usually we stay with my sister but this last visit we brought other family with us. Did a shopping trip to local shops and hit the garage sale scenes.
I arrived after a reasonably long motorcycle ride and was welcomed by the staff - really nice people. I was given a ground-floor room with parking for my motorcycle directly outside, as I'd requested. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable I slept late the following morning.
This is my third stay in four years - I holiday from the UK every year and always use hotels where I have had good service before - The Cimarron Inn at Klamath Falls is on my list - I'll definitely stay here again.
This was our first time visiting Klamath Falls -- we needed a place to stay after visiting Crater Lake. The property faces the river, is fairly new (2022), and has a walking path to a park or around the lake. It's close to downtown. It's quiet. It's a basic nice Marriott with outdoor firepits as well. Area around is still under revitalization.
Good location for passing through Klamath Falls. Near Veterans Park, Lake Ewauna to enjoy picnic breakfast or lunch and the wonderful variety of birds and the water.
Very comfy bed. Always appreciate mini fridge and microwave. Parking near rooms.
Amazing place with complete and outstanding facilities: warm living room with cromecast TV, large kitchen including all tools, washing machine, perfect beds. It is a quiet place that excels all other ones in Klamath Falls. I recommend to book!
Excellent location right on the lake with fantastic views. Walking distance to main street and the start of some of the trails. Useful little convince store in the hotel that had a few essentials for when you didn't feel like going out.
The area of Klamath Falls where the hotel is located does not have the most touristic appeal, but the hotel and surrounding property are well kept and guarded. It was quiet overnight after the noise from the road nearby subsided.
Luisa met us personally and was so gracious and welcoming. Our rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. If we have the opportunity to pass through Klamath Falls again, we would certainly consider staying at the Golden
I was greeted with a very nice professional woman and she checked me in quickly and efficiently and our bed was very comfy and room was clean needed updates bat for the price it was a good deal. It was pet friendly also
Convenient, right on the highway. It is a roadside travel hotel. Clean. Room met expectations, with a good sized fridge. Check in experience was good. Room was quiet.
Close to Oregon Institute of Tech. Hotel was clean, spacious and had good amenities. Staff was pleasant and professional. I also like that the pool was on the inside.
This budget hotel offered just what we needed for our unexpected stay in Klamath Falls. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. That's all what we wanted.
