Nothing. Elevator was out of order. Boiled twice and still waiting for correction. TV in lobby ran all night carrying the sound into our room. At 5:30 to 6 a.m. four loud men were gathered for breakfast. The noise travelled right into our room.

Spacious and nicely decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. AC works for cooling and heating of the room. Modern bathrooms with fluffy towels. The hotel is very conveniently located to Crater Lake National Park, Lake of the Woods and many further hiking options close by. Though the Highway is right in front of the hotel, traffic is sparse at night and therefore did not really bother us. The location in the woods ist very nice and relaxing, and the next door store (where Check in and Check Out Takes place) has a large variety of everyday goods you may need.

The desk clerk was very nice.
The desk clerk was very nice. The bed and toilet and sink were nice. The overall cleanliness wasn't very good. It needs major updating on furnishings ,flooring and chairs. The smoke detector was missing and wires were hanging from it. Not sure how safe that was.The window was dirty the mirror wasn't very clean as well. The bed was new so it was comfy. We love Klamath Falls.
We love Klamath Falls. My sister and her family moved here several years ago, and we try to visit every chance we get. We live in Salem are of Oregon and so it takes a drive to get to Klamath Falls. Usually we stay with my sister but this last visit we brought other family with us. Did a shopping trip to local shops and hit the garage sale scenes.TeresaUnited States

And super clean rooms . The Lady that checked us in made sure we were comfortable and that our room was ready for us. AFTER driving for 11 hours thru Northern Calif and staying here in Klamath Falls ,Ore and the temperature was 105 degrees. We get there at 5:00pm and she had the air conditioner on in our room. Also just 2 blocks from a Café and the cheapest gas in Ore at $4.99. she was awesome t/u Gary

I was given a ground-floor room with parking for my motorcycle directly outside, as I'd requested. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable I slept late the following morning. This is my third stay in four years - I holiday from the UK every year and always use hotels where I have had good service before - The Cimarron Inn at Klamath Falls is on my list - I'll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful scenery right on the lake; fishing, boating, canoe/kayak rentals. Awesome restaurant on-site w a bar--its a good 30 min from klamath falls so that was awesome. The staff we met had just started last week, they were fantastic!! So friendly, more than accommodating. We actually decided to stay an extra night so they put our new room on priority cleaning for us. We're already planning to come back!

It was large, had plenty of space for us to put our toiletries, had lovely wall paper, and absolutely the best shower I had ever used on a trip. The hotel in very clean and comfortable. I also feel safe walking around barefoot on the carpet, which is something I don't normally do. Rooms look newer, and are well maintained/cleaned so there aren't any funny smells.
