Location was good not far from the Barbican and the city centre. The pool area and steam and sauna was a nice extra to use. Parking was easy and hassle free. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms at Bistrot Pierre has the complete package situated in a very pleasant area full of bars and restaurants.
The room was large and spacious also spotlessly clean.
The restaurant was very nice with a good ambiance. Food at the restaurant was excellent, both morning and evening.

Not too large hotel to be in personal and not too small to lack facilities

A lovely village on the edge of Dartmoor and Plymouth.
A lovely village on the edge of Dartmoor and Plymouth. Has a tesco express, Aldi, a couple of pubs and a few takeaways, we used Ridgeway pizza and Plympton fish bar, both were good meals for the price.

The hotel is in a nice rural location so make sure you have your own transport. The hotel leisure facilities are first rate so make sure you use them. We would have liked to use the spa but there were restrictive times due to the gym being refurbished.
Bring your golf clubs because there is an excellent golf club on site. The food in the bar and the restaurant are very good which is very handy as you are out in the countryside.
The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard and they are very spacious which makes a pleasant change

Not forthcoming or honest when cancellation requested.
Not forthcoming or honest when cancellation requested. Suggested because it was busy bank holiday they had turned away customers and would loose out if they refunded us when in actual fact they had four similar rooms available at 17.47 hours??

We enjoyed our visit and the location allowed us to visit...
We enjoyed our visit and the location allowed us to visit the moors and Plymouth easily. There is a park and ride to Plymouth though we didn't use it. It wasn't school holiday time so we had no problem with parking.
The rest of the hotel was lovely. The staff couldn't do enough for you. There was items missing from the room like coffee, robes and slippers which was rectified within minutes.
The room we stayed in was lovely with an amazing view. Would have loved to have stayed longer.
My partner loved her hot stone massage but managed to leave her necklace. I soon had a call telling me they had the necklace in the spa reception.
Overall a lovely stay.
Visited hotel before, brilliant location set in park land and a golf course. Quiet and peaceful, the staff are all excellent and deserve a lot of praise. Food excellent reasonably priced and presented with obvious skill. A family group of deer appeared while I was away collecting a round of drinks, quick check on the dinner menu no venison listed!
What an amazing hotel and only 3 days old.
I stayed in the family room and the decor was amazing and the bed was so comfortable.
The staff from the minute I arrived until I left couldn’t do more.
I cannot wait to return
Paul couldn’t be more welcoming
We were upgraded free of charge, hotel reception were extremely helpful! We're local and like to use this hotel as a quiet escape break once in a while. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and will most definitely be returning.
Room upgraded due to our 20th wedding Anniversary. The room exceeded expectations.
Both Hannah & Tara could not have been any more helpful to make it a fantastic stay.
Breakfast was superb in a beautiful room
The location of the hotel is superb
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with beautiful views over the parkland. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and relaxing in the hotel lounge. The food was good.
Beautiful place and room was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it has only recently re-opened, and some work was still ongoing, we loved the hotel.
