All the staff is great and nice, especially Ame was always available to resolve any doubt and help us to enjoy our stay. In our premier fifth floor room there was a big sliding window to light it, with a nice view to the country side. The room and bathroom were Immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Very good soundproofing and air conditioned. There is a free shuttle to the An Bank beach and to the ancient town Breakfast is very rich of food, with a great variety of Vietnamese food and not. In the top of hotel there was also a great pool, where you could swim when you wanted. According to me this hotel is perfect for a family!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from room is absolutely fantastic. The staff is sooooo nice. Special call out to Min and Brandy. Our son fell sick and Min and her colleague were so helpful in arranging a doctor and always checking up on our son. Brandy gave fantastic food recommendations outside the menu too! I highly highly recommend this place.

Brand new Hotel which opened in December 23. The service was extraordinarily good! The personal was extremely friendly and forthcoming, always smiling and greeting us warmly. Especially Cici and Zoe made our stay memorable. The room was spacious, very nicely designed and had everything we needed! Housecleaning was extremely thorough. We felt very comfortable during our 5 night stay! The breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of local options but also enough western choices. An idea to make it even better would be a coffee machine for espresso and cappuccino. The location is really close to the old quarter but fortunately a bit calmer. The only a little negative thing were the bikes. Pay attention when choosing one as the brakes of a lot of them don’t work properly! And just for your information: there is construction work on the property next to the hotel which is quite loud. But these things didn’t make our stay any less perfect! It was rounded up by the transfer to the airport by Vinh, who is a safe and very nice driver!

The team at Cozy An are so attentive - no request seems too much. A polite request for ginger tea for my u well wife was no trouble at all - the bar team produced a piping hot pot of freshly made ginger, lemongrass and honey tea in no time at all. I could add so much more,, such as the refreshing coconut coffees. It is just a pleasure to stay at Cozy An.

Everything about this place was amazing. The room was clean and comortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were exceptional. The locatioln was perfect, close to all the places you would want to visit esspecialy the Old Town.

Hotel service is excellent, value for money. staff are very welcoming. Even though we stayed for 1 night, we had a deep sleep with the extremely large and soft bed. Spacious swimming pool located entirely in the green garden. breakfast was very delicious. Will be back next weekend.
