The service is outstanding. The property is a beautiful boutique hotel. Natalie, the hotel manager is exquisite. Ably backed up by Nancy, Mie, Jolie and Mark. I thoroughly recommend Allegro, and will definitely be back!

The property has everything you need to have a relaxing and fun time in Hoi An! I was satisfied not only with the facilities but also with all the staff members. Kevin, Linda and all other staff members were very friendly, kind and supportive. I totally loved staying at Nostalgia Hotel and Spa! The property is located near by the Hoi An city center, so I could easily get there either on foot or by free bicycle. As the hotel is apart walkable distance from the city center in quiet neighborhood, I could have a rest and comfortable time. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come back to Hoi An!

Room very clean with balcony to hang out in the morning or evening. Every where is a short walking distance. Front desk staffs are friendly to assist you even with broken English.

The manager approached me the morning after I arrived and asked if everything was ok. Girls at the reception were extremely helpful with tour bookings, laundry services etc. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept on and really clean and nicely decorated room. I hope they’d be able to maintain this amazing standard in the long run. I felt so sad to be leaving. And I never really think of a hotel after I leave but thinking of this one the whole day today!

The loveliest family run hotel with the sweetest people. Pho was so helpful with everything, from giving a map with recommendations for everything from food to activities, to booking tours, transport etc. They even checked in on me to see if I wanted something to eat when I was sick and in my room! Rooms are spotless and have a great modern bathroom with good shower pressure. They'll also make you free coffee (salt coffee my fave) and tea anytime you like. Very good location close to all the main areas, but down a little side street so away from the footfall. Would definitely recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Son! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - just a quick 5 minute (free!) bicycle ride along the river into the Ancient Town. Our room was very spacious and clean with spectacular, unique design and decoration. I'd highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Hoi An!
